AI Social Share

Terms of service

Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms govern use of AI Social Share. By approving a subscription or using the app, the merchant confirms authority to act for the installing Shopify shop.

The service

The app discovers eligible public Shopify products and articles, prepares editable captions, can automatically publish to merchant-enabled Facebook Pages, and supports explicit merchant-triggered publishing to a connected LinkedIn member profile. Platform APIs, quotas, reviews, and availability remain outside Fleeta’s control.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for content accuracy, rights, social-account permissions, reviewing generated suggestions, and compliance with Shopify, Meta, LinkedIn, advertising, consumer, and intellectual-property rules. Do not enable automation for content that requires approval before publication.

Plans and billing

Free includes ten successful lifetime content posts per shop. Paid plans are £5 for one content post per shop-local day, £15 for three per shop-local day, and £30 with no app-level daily cap. One item sent to all selected destinations counts once; a later deliberate re-share counts again. Paid billing and approval are handled by Shopify. External platform limits and fair-use controls still apply.

Availability and liability

We operate the service with reasonable care and controlled retry behaviour, but do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party APIs or exactly-once external delivery. Ambiguous provider outcomes are shown for merchant review rather than blindly retried. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, cancellation, and contact

Access may be limited for abuse, security risk, unlawful content, or material breach. Merchants may cancel through Shopify and disconnect providers at any time. Contact support@fleeta.co.uk for support or legal notices.
